With over five years of expertise in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) and three years providing in-home and teletherapy services, Carlye brings a dynamic and individualized approach to each session. She has worked as a full-time speech therapist in Nassau County public schools, where she supported students with diverse speech, language, and communication needs.
Currently, Carlye is furthering her expertise as an M.S. candidate in Applied Behavior Analysis at Touro University, allowing her to integrate evidence-based behavioral strategies into her therapy approach. She is committed to providing neurodiversity-affirming, functional, and engaging therapy that empowers both children and their families.
Deanna Lino is a highly skilled speech-language pathologist dedicated to providing specialized, evidence-based therapy for children with diverse communication needs. She was among the first students at Hofstra University to earn a dual degree in Speech-Language Pathology in 2016, setting the foundation for her expertise in the field.
Throughout her career, Deanna has worked in a variety of clinical and educational settings, where she quickly recognized the profound impact of parent involvement in the therapy process. This insight inspired her to establish a private practice focused on individualized, specialized interventions, including PROMPT Therapy, Gestalt Language Processing (NLA), and a neurodiversity-affirming approach.
